Our complex is located on the Katelios seafront, just a 6-minute walk from the village center, where you’ll find a variety of taverns, bars, and cafés, and only 1 minute from Katelios Beach. The region is part of the Natura 2000 network, known for its ecological importance.

To the south lies the calm and serene sea of Katelios Bay, where dawn and sunset create an magical atmosphere. To the east flows the Katelios stream, which is a year-round water source and home to various wildlife, including frogs, crickets, and birds, depending on the season, nightingales, scops owls, bee-eaters, swallows, crows, and jays. Last but not least, our adorable cats roam the property, adding charm while keeping the field mice away.

On the elevated ground floor of the main building are four terrace apartments with sea and pool views, each covering 48 sq.m. These apartments include a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, television and free Wi-Fi. All double beds feature Sealy® mattresses for unique comfort. They can accommodate up to four guests, two in the bedroom and two extra if needed in the living room, ideal for families. Outdoor lounge furniture and umbrellas are also provided.

The top floor features two independent apartments with large private balconies, furnished with sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. These apartments have the same layout as the terrace apartments but include charming wooden slanted ceilings. They can accommodate up to three guests, with a sofa bed in the living room.

Our spacious holiday homes, located across from the pool, offer 70 sq.m. meters of living space. Each includes two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a private patio by the seafront, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.

The nearest airport is Kefalonia Airport, located 27 kilometers away, approximately a 45-minute drive from Sea & Creek.
