• Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 14 calendar days before your due date of arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of the advance payment made to us, excluding bank transfer fees and charges. The bank costs and fees on returning the deposit to your account are borne by you.

In the event of cancellation of the booking within a shorter period than the aforementioned deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
