Our estate is located in Kateliós, 3.5 km from The Snakes of the Virgin Monastery and less than 1 km from Kato Kateliós Beach, St Barbara. The region is part of Natura 2000.

South of the property is the sea and, on the east, surrounded by grass, there is a small creek which is full of running water throughout the year.

The stream and surrounding area are home to many fish, birds and other animals. Fishing boats supply the village and its restaurants with fresh fish and seafood.

There is also a boat that travels to Zakynthos for day trips.

We are a new business. Our apartments are located on a five-acre plot of land and have beautiful a view of the sea. As soon as you exit our plot you come across the beach of the village, called St. Barbara.

On the ground floor of the building, which is elevated, there are four apartments with views of the sea and the creek. On the top floor of the building there are two independent apartments with large balconies both with the same picturesque view of the sea and creek.

The building has tiled roof and the two top apartments have wooden slanting ceiling. Each apartment is 48 square meters with spacious interiors and compromises of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also an A/C, a flat  screen TV and access to free Wi-Fi in each of the apartments.

All apartments are furnished with outdoor lounge furniture sets, umbrellas and beach chairs.

The nearest airport is Kefalonia Airport, 27 km from Sea&Creek.
