Apartments
Maximum number of guests:
Terrace Apartment and Apartment with Balcony: 4 guests.
Bungalows and 2 Bedroom Apartment: 5 guests.
Accommodating extra people without the owner's prior consent is not permitted, including but not limited to overnight guests.
Power operates with a card attached to the key, and A/C units operate with windows closed. Please do not flush any items (paper or otherwise) down the toilet. Kindly dispose of them in the designated bin.

Daily housekeeping is provided, except on Sundays. The linen provided is for in-apartment and pool use only and is NOT to be taken to the beach.

Ball games and similar activities are not permitted on the premises.
Age Restrictions
Minimum age for reservation: 18 years old.
Minors must be checked in with a guardian.
Children 8 and older are allowed but should be supervised by a guardian in the pool and on the premises.

Parking
Free private parking on the premises, no reservation needed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with relevant documentation.
Groups
Groups are allowed upon request.
